Are you looking for a great opportunity to show your Know How? Join the winning team at our locally owned NAPA Auto Parts – We are currently a seeking a Store Manager who has the leadership and management skills to help us open, run, operate and grow our new store.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Manage all store operations to improve market penetration, provide excellent customer service, and generate increased return on investment
- Guide and develop an engaged team to deliver outstanding levels of customer care and business results
- Monitor store sales and profit performance on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to all operating procedures and policies, reporting and daily paperwork
- Responsible for maintenance, protection, and overall operations of: store facilities, vehicles, equipment, inventory and other physical assets to the company
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket would be a plus but not required
- Proficient computer software skills and ability to look up parts through internal catalog system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to get information and ideas across to others
- Organized, with solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
